A few other things I took away. "Persuasion is translation, you map your goals onto other people's value hierarchy." Her "align and repel" framing on messaging. The sunk-cost warning around derivative energy, that if you're pouring energy into someone else's system, you're always working at a fraction of your own capacity. All of it useful, all of it landed.

On top of the strategy, Carina brings a frequency you don't usually find in this space. She talks about energy, source, and psychology in the same breath as cap tables and R&D rebates, and it's completely coherent. That's exactly what I was hoping to find when I opened Hubble.
